Retreat Schedule

 

This is our tentative schedule. Please note that we will share many hours of uninterrupted silence to experience deep stillness. Through the ritual, we awaken to the sacred.

 

During unscheduled time, you can read sacred texts (some provided) or journal… or even better, take a walk, do yoga, or just be. Your retreat experience will deepen as you gradually release your normal cognitive processing and simply practice silent awareness.
