The full version is directed toward current members of Unitarian Universalist congregations and focuses on the challenges of talking to others about Unitarian Universalism, the importance of doing so, and a simple method for doing so. It would be ideal for an adult religious education workshop, but could also be used in a worship setting in some churches.

The abridged version is geared toward those who might be newer to Unitarian Universalism. It would be ideal for a newcomers' class or a coming of age program, but it could also be used in a worship setting in some churches as well.

Making a Case for Unitarian Universalism: The PowerPoint Presentation

The PowerPoint presentation version contains the same material as the DVD but in a PowerPoint format that also includes a complete script so that a minister or lay leader can use a laptop computer and a digital project to present the material by himself or herself.

Making a Case for Unitarian Universalism: The Book

The 24-page book, which includes color photographs and illustrations, focuses on the same simple method for more easily understanding, explaining, and sharing with others some of the commonly shared beliefs of Unitarian Universalists that is featured on the DVD.

It can be used as a companion to the DVD, but it can also be used by itself as a short primer to Unitarian Universalism for adults, teenagers, and older children.
