Evaluations for the Minister and Staff of Saltwater Church
2006 -2007

The evaluation of the minister and staff members is an important task in any religious community. It promotes good communication, accountability, and contributes to the professional growth of the minister and staff members.

It is possible to fill out evaluation forms either online or using printed forms. If you would prefer to fill out a printed form, please contact Sue Eaton, our church administrator, by phone at (253) 839-5200 or by e-mail at sue@saltwaterchurch.org and they will be mailed to you.

There are separate evaluation forms for Reverend James and other staff members. You are encouraged to fill out both. The deadline for filling out a form is April 30.

To fill out an evaluation form for other staff members - - including Mary Peterson, our Membership/Volunteer Director; Paula Mayfield, our accompanist; and Sue Eaton - - our Church Administrator - - click here.
